Major Problem...
How many times over the years do you think we are asked "What do you want to be when you grow up?" Well to be honest I was so sick of that question after about the second time! But I have always been one of those people who NEVER knew what they wanted to be. So now the older I get the more I here that question, and the more I hate it. I have never understood how one day you can just say I want to look in peoples mouths for the rest of my life or I want to build bridges and you know that's what your going to do for the rest of your life. The power to those people! But the average college student changes their major 5 times. I really have no idea what I want to do with the rest of my life! How am I suppose to pick a major and do that forever? I can't even live with the same people forever! I think that everyone should go into college with a open mind. Try new things and meet as many new people as you can. Because you never know what you will like if you don't try it!

The color choices for the blog make it hard to read some of the text. I did like this post though. Many adults don't know what they want to do when they grow up. Some times people just luck into a career or a job without a plan for the future. It is the difference between a job and a career. You plan for a career and you have a few jobs on the way to your career.
ReplyDeleteAgain, nice post.
Amen to that, sister! I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up and I'm 47. But the most important thing is that you love what you do and it will never be "a job", it will be a calling. Open your mind and jump into that college experience with both feet. Don't worry. You will find what it is that you love!
